Pu’er tea is made from Yunnan large-leaf varietal of Camellia Sinensis. It is typically processed into compressed tea pancakes, bricks and tuos. Pu’er is particularly special because it can be aged for decades or longer. During aging it keeps on changing and (in most cases) developing more depth and texture.
Raw Pu’er is the traditional form of Pu’er, and is sun-dried and compressed.

The main origin of Chinees Pu’er is in Yun Nan Province. Wild Pu’er tea trees are growing at an altitude of 1200 -1400m subtropical and tropical mountain forest. The oldest 1800 years old “Pu’er tea tree King” known can be found in Yun Nan. It has been protected by local organization from human disturbance. With the increase in the population of Yunnan and natural forest sharply reduced, wild tea trees are getting less and less.
Bing Dao” in Chinese means “ice island”. This tea is made from more then 100 years old wild tea trees.
Prepare to be amazed!

Tips:
 Every 6g of tea can be brewed at least 10 times in 0,5 liter teapot. Every time after brewing you can leave a little tea soup in the pot. This serves as "tea base" for the next time.
Raw Pu’er evolution is similar to white tea evolution. The "tea character (function to human body)" of tea will change from "cool" to "warm" after 2 years of getting older.
New raw Pu’er can be brewed shorter, old (aged) one can be brewed longer(similar like ripe Pu’er).

Push the tea with longer infusions in the beginning to get the tea to "open up”. Every time of brewing better be half minute longer than the previous one.
